Nicole Milatos – Director of Psychology and Reporting

Nicole is responsible for the testing process, as well as the validation and review of all reports delivered to customers.  Together with her team she ensures that the results provided to customers can be relied upon and are based upon sound psychometric principles and scientific method.

She is a senior ranking officer of the Australian Defence Force-Army (Psychology Corp) and a past president of the Australian Psychological Society - Sydney Branch.  She has over twenty years experience as a practicing Psychologist.  Her experience has been heavily focused on the measuring of organisations and people via their attitude, aptitude, ability, behaviour and culture.

• Managing all psychometric processes
• Reviewing and validating all results and reports provided to customers
• Providing detailed presentations when requested by clients
• Supporting customers as needed in responding to the findings contained within their reports.
• Providing expert assistance in relation to specific customer activities such as Mergers and Acquisitions and corporate restructures.
