Identification of Existing Financial Risk
Evidence has shown that relying solely on internal financial systems to identify existing financial risks is not sufficient. Financial systems may only reveal summarised positions which do not always demonstrate to management how financial outcomes have been achieved. Only by understanding an organisation’s human capital can a company truly comprehend how it is operating and what financial risks may exist within its operations.
