t.SIGHT, is a risk analysis instrument that measures employee perceptions on how the company at which they work is operating. It evaluates their perceptions against the way one might expect a healthy organisation to operate. It provides a range of key indices which combine to form an overall Risk measure referred to as the Risk Exposure Index (REI) for that company.
The REI enables a company to compare itself to other companies as well as within and across Industry Sectors. It is a very useful measure for the identification of the levels of potential Risk Exposure existing within an organisation.
